Refund Policy - Amla

1. Subscription Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with Amla Premium. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 3 days of the initial subscription purchase date.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

• Subscription renewals (you must cancel before the renewal date).
• Partial months of service after the initial 3-day period.
• Accounts that have been banned or suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the eligible 3-day period, please join our official Support Server and open a billing ticket. You will need to provide your Discord ID and the email associated with your payment.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed immediately on our end, but it may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. You will retain premium access until the end of your current billing cycle.
